The Kincairney Care Home is built on the Atrium site in Perth, the former home of the Perth and Kinross Council. It is claimed to be one of the largest care homes in Scotland with eighty beds. It incorporates a cinema, bar area, games room and private kitchens.

Glenmoir carried out the full joinery package on the development, including the supply of materials. Sourcing the materials during the pandemic was a challenge successfully overcome.
