First fix work varies from project to project depending on whether the construction is steel frame, bricks and mortar, or timber frame kit.
First fix work could cover any and all of the following:
- Structural timbers including roof frame construction
- Floors, walls and ceilings
- Drylining and stud partition work
- Door casings and window boards
- Fascias and soffits
- Boxing out
Covid-19 has disrupted traditional supply chains, and Glenmoir has stepped in to supply first fix materials when required.
